Executive Administrative Assistant - Corporate & Investment Bank - Strategy

As an Executive Administrative Assistant within our dynamic organization, you will bring structure, attention to detail, and a quality focus to your role.

Working well in a team, representing senior leaders and the team with professional courtesy and acumen, and delivering flawless work output will be part of your daily responsibilities.

You will interact with various executive level internal clients across different business lines.

Adapting procedures, processes, and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals will also be a crucial part of your role.

This is an on-site position, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

Your hours will be 8am to 5pm, with the flexibility to work additional hours to meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage complex and detailed calendars
• Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information
• Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
• Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
• Organize all aspects for offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportation
• Process invoices, Travel and expense claims for team members.
• Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines.
• Act as a subject matter experts for policies and procedures
• Work cooperatively with the administrative assistants team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
• Advanced calendar management skills
• Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced ability to organize
• Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management
• 5+ of administrative experience of administrative experience ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent)
