Position Summary:

The Business Analyst Intern will work closely with our SAP Production Support team and internal Business Process Leads to develop and improve on SOPs and other documentation relative to support continued integration on the new SAP platform.

This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, conducting online research on system topics, and contributing to the development of solutions to address business challenges.

The ideal candidate is passionate about business analysis, eager to learn, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.

Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Conduct research and data analysis to support business decision-making and strategy development.

Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other deliverables to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights to project discussions.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.

- Prior experience or coursework in business analysis, project management, or related areas is a plus.
