Due to the continued success and growth of our hotel we have the opportunity to join our sales & planning team in a newly created role of Sales & Events Executive - Restaurant & Bars.

Your role will focus on securing both private and group events for our food & beverage venues across the hotel including our award winning rooftop bar Aster, Treasury Lobby Lounge & Bar, Conservatory, Rotunda Private dining room and our newly opened ala carte dining, Pont Dining Room. 

Securing venue sales, upselling and delivering on our Luxury service promise, you will ensure your client meetings & events held within the Hotel F&B venues run smoothly - acting as both brand ambassador and trusted partner – you’ll connect internal teams to deliver a seamless sales & event planning experience for planners, hosts and meeting attendees.

About You

•            1 + years’ in securing and coordinating private events within the hospitality industry 

•            Ability to work across multiple diversified business units or multiple projects

•            In-depth knowledge of Sales principles and selling techniques alongside working with luxury clientele

•            Strong organisational, written & communication skills, with strong attention to detail

•            Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workload & manage projects

This is an amazing opportunity for someone with previous experience in securing and coordinating events within the hospitality industry ; who is a self-starter and who can work autonomously within a dynamic team.
