Facilities Asset Lead - Bangalore

* Review and implement established best practices and technology solutions available locally/within the enterprise.


* Modeling, coaching, developing, influencing, and educating the Principled Based Management culture effectively to hold team members and our JLL partners accountable.


* Strategic Planning and support for site specific initiatives.


* Operational excellence supports - specific to Facilities, Administration Management, Facilities and Asset Management


* Stakeholder Management - build strong relationships with internal functions and collaborate with teams to enhance LIFT Service delivery.


* Employee centric support from employee experience standpoint.


* Team Leadership - provide effective leadership to the site operational team to foster Koch Culture through collaboration and accountability.

Our Team

Responsible for Facilities Management Support like - Employee Transportation, Physical Security (in coordination with Matador), BCP during Bandh/strike, Café and F&B, EHS, Contract Governance, M&E etc.

What You Will Do


* Integrated Facilities Optimization Management.

Drive operational excellence, while partnering with JLL, ensuring innovation and optimization of the integrated facilities management capability for KGSI Bangalore.


* Develop and drive Operations Business Strategy to continually transform Work Experience.

Communicate and collaborate as the SME with Business Leaders to ensure understanding and capture synergies of the building environment and Business Operations.


* Timely and proactive Communication and reporting.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* 8 - 13 years' experience into Facilities Management with reputed organizations with 3000 + employees.


* Bachelor's degree.


* Proven record of high level of integrity, humility, and respect.


* A team player with local knowledge.


* Experience working with global partners.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Regular connects with LIFT Team for Facilities Operations and Experience Services in KGSI.


* Periodic connects with HR, Finance, Compliance/EHS, Governance, Matador Security - within KGSI and LIFT to adhere to site specific requirements which are in LIFT scope.


* Incident reporting, RCA, precautionary measures, and periodic reviews.


* Regular support/connect with KGSI Bangalore Leadership and Supervisors to seek feedback and restructure LIFT priorities accordingly.


* Interactions with Landlord as required.


* LIFT operating model helps Koch companies to focus and drive superior values for core business/their customers.
