The role of Veterans Services Representative I differs from that of Veterans Services Representative II in that the latter involves performing a broader range of specialized clerical and technical tasks, requiring a deeper understanding and application of specific laws and regulations related to eligibility and application for veteran benefits.

Furthermore, the Veterans Services Representative II role is distinct from the Senior Veterans Services Representative position, as the latter may involve supervisory responsibilities over other Veterans Services personnel and/or leadership roles in the field.
