Your Job

In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

About You 

As a person, you’re a learner, a natural leader – someone who is always reliable, taking initiative to solve problems, and teaming up with others to make things better for all.

As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.

You also… 


* Are 18 years or older and are authorized to work in the United States. 


* Have a High School Diploma or GED 


* Have a 2-year related technical degree in related manufacturing field, or relevant years of experience with high-speed manufacturing or precision maintenance. 


* Have experience with Machining, Fabrication, Blueprint reading and welding preferred. 


* Able to use precision measuring tools and understand function/use. 


* Can read and write basic English. 


* Have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) 


* Work schedule- Monday-Friday day shift and overtime or 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. 


* Willing to work in Team Environment sharing skills and knowledge. 


* Can physically work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffoldi...
