IE Engineer

What You Will Do

1.

Continuous improvement:

l Train lean and IE knowledge to front-line supervisors and employees.

l Drive continuous improvement projects on site with front-line employees and meet the KPI target.

l Organize lean activities in plant level.

l Maintain Improve system and follow up.

2.

New Program Support:

l Be involved in the new program launch process.

Play role as coordinator to work out material and information flow diagram and process connection definition.

l Drive strategy of production way to create lower cost and high efficiency manufacturing system.

l Work with package engineer to design reasonable WIP packages and calculate WIP quantity based on system design, to achieve lower cost, higher efficiency.

l Develop layout plan for new program.

Ergonomics and Safety should be taken into consideration.

3.

Plant layout optimization and lead the layout change to make full use of plant space and fulfill process requirements.

4.

Keep doing analysis waste elimination on current production.

Facilitate cross function team to working on continuous improvement program.

5.

Other duties may be required based upon business needs.

6.

Comply with TISAX requirements.

7.

Comply with EHS system's Requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1.

Bachelor's degree, major in Industrial Engineering or related field.
2.

Over 5 years engineering work experience.

3.

Good presentation skills.

Good English communication skills.

4.

Good at Auto CAD, other 3D software will be plus.

5.

Good at Microsoft Office and project management.

6.

Strong personality and Pressure management skills.

7.

Good self-learning and self-management capability.
