Apartment Manager

There is an opening for an Apartment Manager for our 36-unit senior housing community, Camelot Village, located Council Bluffs, IA.  

The qualifications preferred are as follows:


* Previous HUD property management experience a plus


* Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, financial management and maintenance supervision skills


* Ability to assume front line responsibilities for project operations


* Superb written and verbal communication skills


* Excellent organizational and strategic planning ability


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs


* Experience with RealPage OneSite system a plus
