Your Job

To fulfill the operational requirements for introducing new products, we have identified the necessity of recruiting a qualified individual for the role of Process Engineer.

You will be a part of our Molex's Team in Sulęcin site and report directly to NPI Leader.

Our Team

The Process Engineer role is a part of our NPI Process and Projects Engineering Team.

Being in this role means joining our great team and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of new products and their implementation into production in the wire harness assembly area.

What You Will Do


* Optimizing production costs using Lean Manufacturing tools and solutions:



* Searching for production process optimization through implementation new machines, equipment, and other production resources


* Standardizing workstations and workflows


* Tracking and analyzing the efficiency of the production line, measuring work performance, OEE, productivity, financial efficiency of the line, and other economic indicators


* Analyzing ergonomics and the efficiency of the work environment for continuous improvement


* Promoting the 6S program and mindset through systematic waste segregation and minimizing resource consumption

Preparing the necessary documentation for the production process, as determined by procedures such as PDP, including:


* Designing production processes: line setups, process flow, material flows, necessary machine documentation, participating in PFMEA


* Implementing changes in the production process according to PCN, Deviation

Taking and implementing corrective and preventive actions to eliminate non-conformities in products and processes

Collaborating with internal (production, quality, NPI, technical support, Design Center) and external entities (suppliers, customers)

Promoting environmentally friendly attitudes and behaviors that impact the improvement of the company's energy indicator

Adhering to procedures related to quality management systems, environmental management, and energy

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Technical education, preferably university degree


* Professional experience in a similar position, preferably with indicated processes, but not limited to: forming, over molding, soldering, introducing automation, cutting, stripping cables, cable preparation or crimping


* Technical knowledge enabling error detection and proposing solutions - knowledge of quality systems


* Ability to be part of a team and facility during transformation, participation in engaging projects and investments


* Work collaboratively with other departments internally and externally


* Proactive, positive attitude, open-minded, goal- and solution-oriented


* Project Management experience


* Lean Manufacturing approach


* Good English allowing for smooth communication
