Deliver Lead - Malaysia and Singapore

This role is part of our Metro Asia Operations team supporting 9 markets in Asia Pacific for Kenvue.

This position reports into Head of Supply Chain Operations - Malaysia & Singapore and is based at our Kenvue Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.

What you will do

As Deliver Lead MY/SG, you would be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Customer Service, warehouse and distribution operations for Malaysia and Singapore DC, driving process improvement projects, resource allocation, collaborating with other functions in establishing end to end goals and delivery of our OKR, and monitoring W&D budget and cost controls.

You will also ensure the safety and compliance in the overall Order to cash process.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead and manage a team of Customer service, warehouse, and logistics professionals to ensure efficient, effective, smooth day-to-day operations.


* Improve customers' experiences by driving the Customer Collaboration activities and through the effective management of order to cash process


* Planning, organizing, and directing W&D team in timely responses to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues.


* Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize inhouse Customer service, 3PL customs agent, and 3PL/ 4PL warehousing and logistics operations in MY/SG.


* Drive Digital Initiatives in Deliver area to improve our agility, reliability and cost


* Prepare and present monthly, and quarterly KPI, SG&A, Deliver COGS, Cost improvement program (CIP) report for management review.


* Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.


* Ensure compliance with all GWP, customs and regulatory requirements, safety, sustainability and Kenvue policies and behaviors.
