Global Technology Strategy Vice President

As a Vice President on the Global Technology Strategy team, you will lead project teams in solving complex problems and implementation issues critical to the company, work closely with senior leaders across GT and JPMorgan Chase, and drive key strategic initiatives to evaluate the firmwide view on technology strategy.

Job Responsibilities:


* Lead initiatives/projects to solve diverse and complex problems that are of high priority to Global Technology Leadership and at the forefront of the industry (e.g., modernization, AI, data, cloud), including restructuring businesses and enhancing organizational design to improve effectiveness


* Develop trusted partnerships with GT senior leaders and collaborate with teams across Global Technology as well as other Businesses and functional areas


* Monitor industry trends and apply industry-leading practices to evaluate the firmwide view on technology strategy


* Craft and deliver executive-level technology strategy narratives, deliverables and analyses


* Scope and direct strategic thinking and problem solving approach for project teams; develop junior team members

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* 8+ years of business and technology strategy experience


* Strong relationship and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior business and Technology executives


* Familiarity with technical concepts, operating models and a strong passion for technology and staying abreast of industry trends


* Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision making; provides oversight and guidance to team projects of highest priority and importance


* Able to distill widely variant feedback into root cause issues and provide actionable feedback to other senior stakeholders.

Excellent technical and business presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills


* Proven expertise in leading strategic projects


* Strong facilitation, process and influencing skills


* Proven entrepreneurial style
