As a Product Manager in Digital Accessibility Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and improve top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

The position will work in close partnership with the Head of and other leaders on the Digital Accessibility Team as well as key functional partners in Product, Finance, Analytics, Design, Product Agility, and Operations; and leaders across various lines of business those are stakeholders in delivering accessible digital products and documents.

We maintain JPMC's global Accessibility standards and testing approaches as well as offer accessibility tools and training to employees across the firm to increase their skills, effectiveness, and productivity.

We also provide attach accessibility experts as advisors and testers to product teams and further support their success with process governance and reporting.

As the Business Manager reporting to the Head of Digital Accessibility, you will be responsible for leading planning and budget activities, management operating rhythms and regular business reviews, OKR definition and tracking, management reporting, stakeholder management, and development of an ongoing narrative that communicates the value accessibility and our team's related efforts bring to our customers and the firm.

Job Responsibilities


* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
