Telemetry and Analytics Product Portfolio Manager, Vice President

As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager within Open Source Governance in Engineering Platforms and Integrated Experience (EPix), you are a foundational member of a team responsible for building and maintaining our inventory of open source ingestion and contribution channels across the firm globally.

You will be a key person working to develop across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures and the associated reporting and analytics capabilities required to track and evaluate both open source use and contribution across the firm.

Job responsibilities



* Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives


* Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices


* Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized


* Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs


* Create and maintain and inventory of open source and similarly licensed source code and packages ingested and used in the firm.


* Product manage and help implement our telemetry, reporting, and analytics associated with our open source use, contribution, financial sponsorship, community participation, and overall open source strategy globally across our Lines of Business.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization


* Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives


* Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies


* Experience in data-processing languages or tools such as Python, SQL, Amazon Neptune, and Gremlin Graph Transversal Language; sufficient data engineering skills to help create and improve open source dashboards and reporting


* Experience working in and around developer tooling and overall developer experience initiatives, especially the ways in which open source and similarly licensed code and packages are used as dependencies in

* Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization


* Experience building data engineering pipelines and working with APIs


* Familiarity with contribution tooling, CI/CD tools, GitHub, SBOMs and their associated standards, and open source principles
