LPN Weekend Supervisor - Amberwood Post Acute

Shift: Saturday-Monday (plus on call Friday night)

What a Weekends Supervisor Does:
The primary purpose of the job is to direct the day to day functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing long term care facilities, and as may be directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
In addition, the Weekend Nurse Supervisor will also do wound care on Mondays.
Requirements:
* Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN or LPN in Colorado
* CPR certification
* Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
* 1-3 years of supervisory experience in post acute or skilled nursing preferred
* Wound care experience
