Weekend RN Supervisor, Saturday & Sunday from 10am-6pm.

McKinley Park Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:


* Oversee and coordinate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.


* Facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team and with patients and their families.


* Manage admissions and hospital discharge processes efficiently.


* Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and enhance patient outcomes.


* Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


* Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.


* Participate in training and development programs for nursing staff.

Qualifications:


* Active RN license in the state of California.


* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.


* Strong understanding of admissions and hospital discharge processes.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $46.00 - $52.00 per hour
