Education:


* High School Diploma

Basic Qualifications:


* Four (4) Experience in a manufacturing environment;


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications


* Associate degree;


* Two (2) years' experience in a Leadership Role;


* Leadership Experiences in precision machining.

Basic Skills:


* Working knowledge of MRP system;


* Proficient with Microsoft excel and Word;


* Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

Preferred Skills:


* Working knowledge of LN or Baan MRP programs;


* Advanced knowledge of Excel including, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.
