* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Institution


* Minimum 7 years of Aerospace Manufacturing Operations experience


* Minimum of 2 years as a demonstrated operations leader


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items

Preferred Qualifications:


* Prefer the Bachelor's Degree emphasis is in Engineering or Business specialization


* Experience working in a complex manufacturing facility preferred


* Experience in the Fastener manufacturing industry preferred


* Experience managing 50 people preferred


* Experience with TPS/ Continuous Improvement/ Lean Manufacturing principles and programs preferred

Benefits/Salary:

The position includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), excellent 401k matching program, paid holidays and vacation.

The salary range for this position is $109,000 to $160,000.Basic Qualifications:
