* High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.


* Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing or a similar working environment.


* Minimum of 1 year of leadership type experience to include leading teams and projects.


* Experience operating equipment such as forklifts and / or heavy machinery, and hand and power tools.


* Ability to take measurements and understand how to execute reaction plans when measurements are out of tolerance.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


* 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership type role.


* Prior forging experience and /or experience working in extreme heat conditions.
