* Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience


* A minimum of 5 years of experience using Oracle HCM or similar HRIS such as Workday, PeopleSoft and/or ADP


* A minimum of 3 years implementing and managing end-to-end HRIS or similar projects


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of Hire.

Preferred qualifications:


* Experience with HRIS systems in a global environment


* Intermediate or advanced working knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel


* Experience with talent management, talent acquisition and learning & development HR technology processes


* Familiarity with Oracle HCM Talent Management modules

Salary Range: $85k - $100k/year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/org location).Basic qualifications:
