Your Job

接受直接主管的工作安排,汇报异常状况,与同事交接生产情况。主要是进行日常信息的交换

What You Will Do

1.

进行手动磨床操作,高效完成上级指定的任务并确保品质;

2.

服从上级生产安排 及 协助上级改进零件加工的效益和加工时间; ;

3.

采取纠正预防行动及持续改进加工品质、方法

4.

完成相应的生产记录

5.

按要求完成精密磨床维护及保养;

6.

培训学员,给予加工方法及加工流程的指导,引导学员树立正确思想;

7.

参与培训,并对劳工道德中的不当行为进行积极汇报。

8.

完成上级交给的其他任务

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

5 年或以上磨床加工经验 ;

What Will Put You Ahead

按照模具零件图纸,根据经验独立操作机床,主管仅需检查结果

部门内部 7S 的维护,设备 夹具 治具等工具的维护与保养。

模具或机械相关专业技校及以上学历
