Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical professional to join our team as an Azure Cloud / Windows Systems Administrator.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in on-premise Microsoft Windows infrastructure, Azure cloud technologies, and network administration.

This role involves architecting, implementing, and maintaining an array of technology solutions to meet the organization's IT needs.

Responsibilities:


* Infrastructure Management and Administration:
+ Develop and implement scalable and secure technology resources based on industry best practices.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design on-premise and/or cloud solutions that align with organizational goals.


* Infrastructure Management:
+ Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
+ Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to cloud and on-premise systems to provide timely resolution.


* Migration and Integration:
+ Plan and execute migration of on-premises systems to Azure cloud environments as needed.
+ Integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless operation.


* Security and Compliance:
+ Implement and enforce security measures to protect infrastructure and data.
+ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and compliance.


* Automation and Scripting:
+ Develop and maintain automation scripts for provisioning, configuration, and management of enterprise resources.


* Performance Optimization:
+ Identify and implement strategies for optimizing systems and infrastructure for cost, performance, and efficiency.
+ Conduct performance analysis and make recommendations for improvements.


* Documentation and Training:
+ Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.
+ Provide training and support to internal teams on on-premise / cloud-related technologies and best practices.

 

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.


* 5 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Cloud / Windows Systems Administrator


* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint & Office 365


* Strong proficiency in Azure cloud platforms
