LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN – St.

Louis, MO area - On Call Part Time 

$21 / hour

+  Mileage Reimbursement

In addition, this position is eligible for $5 a month paid for monthly cellular phone allowance

Approx 5 hours a week

BASIC FUNCTION

The Part-time Location Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance massage chairs within a defined area in St.

Louis, MO at fitness club locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Maintenance and repair of equipment


* Maintain clean equipment


* Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions


* Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte


* Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager


* Improve revenue of location consistent with traffic changes and corporate performance levels


* Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed


* Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management


* Other assignments as needed.

EDUCATION


* High School Diploma or equivalent


* Associates or Technical degree preferred

SKILLS


* Working knowledge of equipment


* Electrical and mechanical equipment repair


* Excellent verbal and written communication


* Maintain accurate records


* Compile reports


* Proficient in computer and Smartphone use

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


* Lift 40 lbs.

to waist height


* Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.


* Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time


* Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS


* Valid Drivers license required
