WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...


* You will supervise and lead assigned team members, and coordinate their work activities


* You will coordinate with other management team members regarding equipment and supply needs, and production and research requirements.


* Lead and mentor team members, and provide consistent performance feedback. 


* All other relevant duties to the job.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...


* Ideally you'll have a degree in Poultry or Animal Science, or other closely related field of study. 


* Must have poultry knowledge and experience. 


* You will have leadership experience.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...


* You will work in a poultry hatchery facility. 


* You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.

THE DETAILS...

Most benefits become effective after 30 days of employment, and you'll be eligible to participate in the 401k savings program after 1 year.
