Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) delivers a suite of payments services to financial institutions via FedLine® Solutions, Fedwire®,National Settlement Service (NSS), FedCash®1, FedACH®, and Check Services.

We are currently leading a strategic effort to transform FRFS to a national, enterprise-focused organization.

Over time, FRFS will offer an increasingly integrated set of Federal Reserve payment services, incorporating the FedNowSM Service upon its market entry in 2023.

We are seeking a driven and experienced SaaS Technical Operations & DevOps Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platforms.

You will be responsible for leading our technical operations team and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Activities:


* Manage and optimize the entire SaaS technical operations lifecycle, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure management, and deployment processes.


* Lead and mentor a team of talented technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning.


* Proactively identify and implement opportunities for automation, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.


* Work closely with product owners and engineers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution, while advocating for sound technical decisions.


* Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.


* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the SaaS and DevOps landscape.
