Janitor

JOB DUTIES & EXPERIENCE:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of all common areas of the building, such as the lobby, hallways, community room, laundry rooms, and public restrooms.

• Cleaning and preparing vacant units.

• Assisting Maintenance Supervisor on special projects and maintaining the outside grounds, which includes some mowing, snow blowing, salting and shoveling, weeding and watering of flower beds, and keeping the grounds free of debris and trash.

• Ability to work well with others.
