Employment Class:  Full Time Regular

FLSA Classification:    Exempt - Salaried

Position Summary:

Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a qualified Service Center Technician III  in support of client within the Department of the Interior.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•    The Service Center Technician III handles the most complex IT technical support requests for the DOI/IA user base. 
•    Shall assist the Service Center Lead(s) in managing and document customer support issues, remediation and customer satisfaction using a structured system for task resolution. 
•    The Service Center Technician III shall independently analyze and resolves operational issues for the technical support center and shall assist the Service Center Lead(s) and Federal Functional Lead in prioritizing tasks for the Service Center Technicians that are working on task resolution. 
•    Assist in providing reports for technical support activity, property accountability, and event schedules.

Education, Certification & Experience Requirements

•    Associate’s Degree or Certificate from technical training institute  
•    A minimum of three (3) years computer support experience required. 
•    At least three (3) years of specialized experience including Service Center support in a multi-server environment. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

•    Technician is familiar with standalone and network computers, local area networks and wide area networks.

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands

•    Basic office work environment at government facility location
•    Occasionally, project requirements may require temporary adjustment of work hours/days
•    Duties are subject to change based on the needs of the customer
