About This Role: 

ContainerPort Group (CPG®), a World Group company, is currently looking for an energetic and self-motivated team player to join our family as a Fleet Coordinator for our growing terminal in Jacksonville!  

The Fleet Coordinator is a member of the operational team, closely aligned with the fleet manager role, and is responsible for matching capacity with customer scheduling and service requirements.

This is achieved by building and nurturing relationships at the warehouses/vendors we serve and support.

The FC is the liaison linking our terminal operations team to our Customer Experience Account Management team.

This role is critical in positioning our fleet and overall terminal operation for success.

Duties and Responsibilities:


* Develops relationships and knowledge of serviced warehouses and associated requirements


* Schedules appointments with shipping/receiving warehouses/vendors to maximize utilization of available
daily capacity


* Liaison between CX Account Managers and terminal operations teams


* Liaison between terminal operations and Central Drayage team for additional capacity, as required


* Adds Customer accessorial charges, document placeholders, and communicates with CX Account Managers
for updates and approvals
