Clinical Operations Assistant, Emergency Services

Work Schedule :

100%, day shift.

Eight hour shifts between the hours of 6:00AM and 5:00PM Monday - Friday.

Some weekend and holidays hours needed to meet payroll deadlines.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:


* Provide daily support to Emergency Services, including compliance validation, supply ordering, and processing employee change requests.


* Review payroll to ensure accuracy and policy compliance and prepare reports for Nurse Manager.


* Coordinate inpatient clinical staff schedules, both day-to-day maintenance and on-going postings.

Education :

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.

Work Experience :

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred - Three years of experience in an administrative support function.

Previous experience in a health care setting.
