Occupational Therapist - Hand/Upper Extremity - Per Diem
Work Schedule :
Per diem.
As needed 8 or 10-hour shifts scheduled Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to:
* Provide treatment for hand and upper extremity patients of all ages and guide them through individualized rehabilitation programs.
* Efficiently communicate with physician referral sources and other UW Health departments for care coordination and collaboration.
* Work in collaboration with UW Health wellness staff to consider long term healthy living strategies beyond occupational therapy care.
* Work within a large, dynamic rehab team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.
Education :
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Preferred - Master's degree.
Work Experience :
Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum -
* Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required.
* Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator is required within three months of hire.
