Job Title: Registered Nurse (NOC Shift)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team for the NOC (Night) shift.

As a Registered Nurse at North Pointe Care Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents during the overnight hours.

Your responsibilities will include assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:


* Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


* Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient behaviors


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans


* Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records


* Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions


* Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:


* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Insert State]
