Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Apartment Community, Penns Grove. The work will require knowledge of affordable housing programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HUD.

You will be surrounded by our dedicated Resident Services and Maintenance Team to help deliver a well-rounded service to our residents.

You will have the support of our Senior Management and an ongoing commitment to training and professional development.  

Location:  Penns Grove 1 Helms Cove Lane Penns Grove, NJ 08069

Pay: $60,000 annually + Quarterly Incentives

* Strong commitment to supporting our community and residents


* Ability to organize and prioritize work


* Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others


* Working knowledge of affordable housing programs, such as HUD and LIHTC


* Previous experience in Property Management preferred
