Year after year with LEONI

Your task:

•    Develop the activity on an ongoing basis and ensure the efficiency of the team of Operation Quality Assembly Auditors
•    Plan and ensure the Quality Management Activities during samples and pre-production phases
•    Ensure regular communication and guidance of the team members
•    Ensure the drawing analysis and methods of manufacturing conformance to drawing and customer specific requirements
•    Ensure the validation and release of production area and equipment (PPA process)
•    Ensure the control of non-conforming products
•    Conducting corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures after SOP
•    Elaborate and follow-up of a Quality Improvement Plan to reach the Targets
•    Propose and ensure the continuous training of team employees as needed
•    Ensure the release and follow-up of Deviation Approval for all segregated processes
•    Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customers standards 
•    Develop relevant dashboards and monitor KPI's 
•    Maintain the control Quality according to customer requirements and internal procedures
•    Evaluate and release the 8D report performed by the team
•    Ensures and coordinates the procedures approval for production processes according to supplier’s specification, customer requirements and internal procedures
 
 Your skills:

•    University degree
•    Knowledge of quality tools : PPAP / EMPB, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK, IATF 16949 , VDA6.3
•    PC user(Office package: Excel, Word, Outlook)
•    Knowledge of English – medium/advanced level
•    Knowledge of German language – advantage
•    Communication skills (Moderation, Negotiation, Presentation)
•    Leadership skills (flexibility, feedback, problem solving, conflict management)
