We’re hiring a Registered Nurse at Westminster Point Pleasant in Bradenton, Florida.

Shifts Available:  We have full-time shifts (7-3p, 3-11p), part-time shifts (7-3p) shifts available providing flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

Compensation and Benefits:  Starting pay is $34.69 - $ 40.82 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Plus, many shifts offer a shift differential.  Applicants that apply to this job posting and are hired are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $3,000.   Benefit information for full and part time team members can be viewed HERE.

In this role, you will:


* Assist in planning resident care by following physician orders.


* Implement resident care based on physician orders.


* Evaluate care and communicate with doctors for updates of orders.


* Administer medication, IVs, give shots, update patient records, provide emotional support, patient education, basic diagnostics, and other patient procedures for residents.


* Receive and transcribe orders from attending physicians.


* Monitor blood glucose, temperature, and blood pressure when necessary.


* Respond to all emergencies.


* Schedule doctor’s appointments and coordinate transportation for the residents.

Includes scheduling labs and transcribing lab results.

Qualifications you possess:


* Current Florida Registered Nurse license


* Current CPR/BLS certification  


* One year of long-term care desirable
