About the Role:

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is looking for a versatile Procurement Analyst II to report to Addison Bradley who will service as a member of the sourcing team within Procurement.

influence their team and specialist peers within the Bank.

Your decisions impact the work assigned to team members and the allocation of resources.

You will have frequent contact with Legal staff, Bank management, and internal user departments, as well as participate in external activities related to Procurement.

You will be based in Dallas, TX.

You Will:


* Be responsible for all aspects of the procurement proposal process including: assembling project teams, drafting proposals, negotiating with vendors, awarding contracts, monitoring contract progress and conflict resolution.


* Build and manage internal customer relationships and satisfaction to ensure alignment with strategic goals.


* Ensure contract agreements comply with established Bank policies and procedures.


* Select and recommend supplies based on evaluation of price, deliver and quality consistent with Bank requirements.


* Manage individual workload and contract expirations to ensure current insurance and wage determination records.

You Have:


* Bachelor’s degree in Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Business


* 2-3 years of professional experience in a contract administration, procurement or supply chain environment


* Knowledge of general business principles developed through education or experience Knowledge of procurement/supply chain concepts, principles, practices and techniques


* Knowledge of business systems such as e-commerce systems


* Ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-paced environment


* Able to navigate organizational structures


* Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements
