(Senior) Recruiter Xenios Germany

As part of the Fresenius Medical Care family, Xenios specializes in cutting-edge lung and heart healthcare solutions, operating from three manufacturing locations in Germany: Stolberg, Radeberg, and Heilbronn.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on supporting our three Xenios manufacturing sites in Germany.

You will contribute to the success of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent to drive our manufacturing operations forward.

In this position you report directly to the Cluster Head Human Resources Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC).

Currently we are transforming our Global HR/TA structure and you will actively participate in our ongoing transformation.

Tasks


* Serve as the first point of contact for Xenios executives (Hiring Managers), candidates, and other HR colleagues for operational questions in recruiting and applicant management.


* Assess organizational talent needs and provide expert guidance, offering tailored solutions in the field of Talent Acquisition (TA).


* Manage the entire end-to-end applicant management process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.


* Create, post, and consistently maintain job postings on various job portals and our careersite to attract qualified candidates.


* Utilize diverse sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates, ensuring a broad and high-quality talent pool.


* Independently handle applicant management processes, including pre-selection, matching, conducting interviews, communication, and managing travel expense reimbursement.


* Prepare application documents and create comprehensive qualification profiles tailored to the specific needs of hiring departments.


* Build a good collaboration with HR Operations and local works councils.


* Support or active participation in selected local or Global projects in the field of recruiting/talent acquisition.


* Translate local Talent Acquisition (TA) data into insightful reports and conclusions, contributing to data-driven decision-making.


* Deliver a best in class candidate and hiring manager experience.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with the Global Lead TA Manufacturing & Supply Chain to ensure alignment with global TA strategies.


* Ensure that TA policies and services are compliant with German labor and social security regulations, as well as internal guidelines and policies.


* Close collaboration and regular exchange with HR colleagues in the German/EMEA HR Team.
