We are hiring for a production relief team lead at our Fort Dodge, IA facility.

The relief team lead with help with leading and training of production team to injury/incident-free performance in a continuous manufacturing environment consistent with our MBM® management philosophy.

Coordinate and assist Production Leader with production efforts that result in sustained improvement in all associated work processes including: Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance, reliability, quality, production and cost.

Align and optimize the operation to delivering maximum value to the business.

Facilitate team and employee development, and problem-solving and resolution.

Build employee commitment and ownership.

Hold employees accountable and develop a culture in which employees are empowered and responsible.

What You Will Do



* Assist the Production Team Leads with assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving issues.


* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.


* Complete all paperwork and analysis in a timely and efficient manner.


* Be responsible for assisting in the training and development of new hires.


* Contribute to the Fort Dodge Plant exceeding site goals including EHS, productivity, quality, and cost.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* A high school diploma or equivalent


* Experience in the Gypsum industry

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline


* Four years' experience in Gypsum
