Functions, Duties, Tasks:
* Sales Order Management
Effectively capturing, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders.
The order management process begins when an order is placed and ends when the customer receives their package/service.
* Credit & Collection
Gather and analyze financial information (quantitative and qualitative) to shield Elanco from the risk of engaging with non-creditworthy partners through proper credit limit definition as well as reviewing orders blocked.
Strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.
* Cash Application
Ensure daily timely application of cash receipts.
Communicate with proper Teams to obtain remittances and support documentation to assure proper cash allocation and adjustments processing.
It is required for all functions to act as a point of contact to resolve doubts, generate reports to analyze information and make decisions, answer external or internal calls with functional Teams to solve problems, reconcile accounts, handle month end close, participate in projects, and identify improvements.
