Junior Account Executives are responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Junior Account Executive will play a proactive role, encompassing a deep knowledge of a client’s organization and being in-tune with its short-term initiatives and long-term business goals.
This role works closely with members across the organization to ensure Ingenious Med’s commitment to outstanding products, customer service and company expansion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Meets assigned AR Collection Goal
+ Help AR team collect payments in a timely manner
* Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned territory
* Meets assigned targets for account retention and renewals
* Manage Support and Project Escalations within the organization for assigned clients
* Manage distribute, and track delivered content to all assigned clients including regulatory updates
* Works with various departments within the organization (tech support, implementations, account management) to ensure prospective and current clients’ needs are being met in a timely manner
+ Junior Account Executive will spend focused time with all facets of the business, including but not limited to; Professional Services, Support, and Product Development to grow skill set and knowledge of Healthcare IT Business
* Scheduling and conducting a regular cadence of Account Reviews and status conference calls with clients
* Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and ensuring renewal of assigned client accounts
* Remaining current on healthcare industry trends and regulatory issues and providing clients with a consultative analysis of solution available within Ingenious Med
* Responsible for maintaining accurate data in CRM, Salesforce
* Complies with the organization’s compliance program and policies including but not limited to timely completion of assigned compliance and other company training.
