* Evaluate patients for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the care team
* Provide direct therapy and caregiver/staff training as needed
* Maintain accurate documentation, including daily treatment notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries
* Participate in care planning meetings and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff
* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility standards
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Current and valid California SLP license
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
* Prior experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting strongly preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
* CPR certification
