What You Will Do
Some core responsibilities for a Pipefitter Foreman include:
* Strong knowledge of pipefitting, tools, procedures, and best practices
* Ability to lead small teams
* Assign job duties of the crew and ensure that each employee is properly trained
* Being a safety role model for the team
* Enforcing OPD and client specific safety policies and procedures on the jobsite
* Anticipate and recognize potential safety and environmental concerns and report them to the OPD Superintendent.
* Providing records of work completed to the OPD superintendent
* Communicate with OPD Superintendent as required for material requirements and to schedule NDE for pipe and vessel welding.

* Capable of working in outdoor weather and environmental conditions including extreme heat and humidity, extreme cold, and high elevations.

Breaks are given in 2.5 hour intervals

The selected Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Precision Technician individual will be required to successfully complete our Maintenance Training Program as well as additional training requirements.
This individual will work with supervisors, mentors, coworkers, and others to gain knowledge and skills in our manufacturing environment and to ensure that the mechanical maintenance needs of the mill can be met.
The starting range for the position is $26.00 - $36.54 based on experience.
The hours for the position are 7:00 am - 3:00 pm shift to include holiday, weekends and overtime as needed.
Our Team
Located on the Kerr-McClellan Navigational Channel (Arkansas River) on about 640 acres of land, the Muskogee consumer products operation spans across approximately 70 acres (or 2,900,000 square feet) of manufacturing and warehouse space are "under roof" employing approximately 830 employees.
We are the second largest employer in the Muskogee, OK area and 45th in the state! Our non-union facility operates on 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week, 365 days per year; housing 2 of the 13 largest tissue machines in the world and paper machines that produce an average of 900 tons of paper per day.
Our finished product consists of a mix of 40% Retail and 60% Commercial.
What You Will Do
* Collaboration across our manufacturing footprint to solve problems as a key member of the company's transformation and automation initiatives, maximizing uptime of automated guide vehicle (AGV) fleet
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues including but not limited to PLCs, HMIs, wiring, relays, servos, lithium batteries, safety devices, sensors, and other electrical components, managing work orders and various other tasks assigned by leadership
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues including but not limited to hydraulics, drive components, frame, gears, chains, sprockets, and wheels
* Complete regularly scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM's) on time and per AGV asset strategies
* Perform corrective and unscheduled maintenance as needed - including Root Cause Analysis
* Perform supplemental training for site operation technicians
* Use tools and data to predict when maintenance is needed
* Ensure Asset Strategies are being executed and provide feedback to AGV Platform when changes are needed
* Track issues/repairs and utilize escalation process via SAP or similar tools
* Provide safe troubleshooting and handling of disabled AGV's, towing them to maintenance shop when necessary

The Regional Assurance Specialist, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will support multiple projects or a portfolio of related projects that are aimed at achieving the department objectives, specifically for the Security Assurance Program workstream.
The Specialist ensures that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, required quality standards, and when possible, the implementation of improvements.This role assists with associated regional assurance efforts through collaboration with security teams and business stakeholders, project planning, and task coordination.
The utilization of Lean Six Sigma and ISO standards to identify issues with documented processes, data analysis, and recommendations to improve quality control are important aspects of the position.
Essential Functions:
1.
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2.
Responsible for supporting day-to-day operation within assigned programs.
3.
Validate audit defects for credibility and accuracy.
4.
Troubleshoot issues that are impacting customers and help the team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
5.
Identify, communicate, and escalate issues, as required.
6.
Perform assigned tasks within assigned deadlines and requirements.
7.
Maintain good working relations with external and internal customers.
8.
Conduct process compliance and quality management system internal audits, per schedule and defined procedures, using audit checklists and other documentation tools and standards.
9.
Investigate and follow-up on issues observed during internal audits to determine impact and recommend mitigation strategies.
10.
Adhere to and apply all aspects of assurance and validation protocols in a consistent manner.
11.
Ensure audits and remote tests are closed out and submitted to Corporate Security on time.
12.
Complete and ensure quality of assurance assessments and preparation of reports.
13.
Comply with all applicable laws, statutes, or standards from regulatory and accrediting agencies as applicable.
14.
Assist with document retrieval and organization support for external inspections.
15.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred with at least three years of assurance or compliance experience.ISO 9001, LEAN, and/or Six Sigma certification is needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
* Verifies piece count and signs off documents; checks in inbound/outbound freight and labels freight
* Dimensionalizes freight; weighs and reweighs freight
* Keeps work area and vehicles clean
* Reads inbound status to determine when consoles should be recovered from airlines; loads and unloads containers or pallets; performs OS&D manifests
* Works within the protocol of Lynden Logistics requirements for cargo handling as well as with other companies where co-located, including aircraft
* Using computer inputs entries for freight movement.
Data Entry, Data Processing
* Be able to run receiving desk (Receive freight, enter re-weigh and dimensional information into skeleton entry and generate labels for staging cargo), and process shipments through cross-dock program efficiently
* Documents damage using company guidelines
* Follows Hazmat protocol when working with shipments
* Works with internal customers in providing solutions in keeping with company policies and procedures
* Building airplane skid loads to required specifications
* Proficient at building scheduled service loads for ocean containers and scanning of all shipments
* Direct temp employees in unloading and loading of ocean containers
* Responsible for working in a safe manner, following all safety policies and procedures
* May be assigned special projects and other duties
* Works with forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
* Regular and predictable attendance is required
