based position, the expected compensation range is $108,000.00- $163,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Preconstruction Senior Estimator position is held by an experienced estimator who shows the willingness and desire to lead.

The Preconstruction Senior will play a role in mentoring and coaching the other members of the PreCon team and be involved in the development plans of all PreCon team members.
