The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing customer equipment.
This role involves maintaining, retrofitting, and providing technical support for Schneider Power Systems products (LV, MV) at customer sites.
The Field Services Representative will analyze equipment malfunctions, interpret maintenance manuals, and use their knowledge of systems and electronics to resolve issues.
The role requires availability for emergency interventions, maintaining service equipment, tools, and documentation, and identifying sales opportunities.
All interventions must be prepared and performed in compliance with safety guidelines.
What will you do?
* Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric Power Systems products (MV, LV products).
* Perform Preventive, scheduled and unscheduled interventions
* Analyze and explain reports results to customers and management
* Proactive participation to team collective initiatives and management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals
* Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc)
* Support services planner, project manager and sales engineers to get good customer site condition understanding
* Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field
* Use all digital tools designed for SE Services Representatives and promote digitization to customers
* Understand Ecostruxure offer and provide architecture solutions to customers
* Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)
* Advise customers for our solutions portfolio to optimize its install base and create lead generation business opportunities
* Perform Services Operations in the field by providing best practices to customers and keep customer satisfaction in a high level
* Comply with Safety and Cyber security policies, practices, and procedures
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* University or Technical University (AEI/TEI) degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Advanced oral and written command of the English language.
* 4-5 years of equivalent experience in a related field.
* Good PC skills, particularly with the MS Office Suite.

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Exim Controller to lead and manage all aspects of Export-Import (EXIM) operations, with a strong focus on Customs regulations, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), and FEMA compliance applicable on an exporter of goods and services including SEZ and EHTP unit.
The ideal candidate will ensure full operational regulatory compliance, drive governance frameworks, and act as the key liaison with government authorities and internal stakeholders.

Contexte et enjeux :
Schneider Electric est leader mondial dans les logiciels de supervision et de contrôle de systèmes électriques complexes.
Ainsi les responsables techniques d'un hôpital, d'une usine, d'un centre de données, ou d'un " smart grid ", comptent sur la fiabilité de nos logiciels pour gérer leur site le plus efficacement possible.
L'une des fonctions les plus critiques est l'alerte (alarme) en cas de dysfonctionnement - bien réglées, les alarmes peuvent permettre aux opérateurs de prévenir des pannes, des incendies ou des accidents graves, de garantir la continuité de service, de prévoir la maintenance de manière appropriée.
Mal réglées, ces alarmes se transforment en véritables avalanches de notifications inutiles - l'opérateur en recevant parfois plusieurs centaines, voire plusieurs milliers, par jour.
Il est donc essentiel de pouvoir améliorer l'analyse, le réglage et le traitement de ces alarmes.
Une première stratégie a été déployée avec une complexité algorithmique plus favorable que l'état de l'art, évitant en particulier le rééchantillonnage des séries temporelles.
Ces développements ont été brevetés et sont en cours de publication dans une conférence scientifique.
L'équipe travaille désormais à la détection de motifs inter-série : il s'agit de détecter des groupes d'alarmes similaires ou avec des liens de dépendance.
Les premiers résultats se basent sur une version simplifiée des relations de dépendances entre alarmes d'un même système, dans laquelle les décalages temporels sont ignorés.
Pour prendre en compte ces décalages, plusieurs méthodes de l'état de l'art de " sequence mining " et de " timeseries analysis " semblent prometteuses, mais font état d'une complexité algorithmique importante.
