Job Summary:
The Senior End User Services (EUS) Engineer performs level 3 support, research, policy development, MECM/Intune software packaging, configuration management, imaging, Microsoft & 3rd party patch management and new technologies for the End-User Services environment including the Azure GCC High environment.
They will develop, execute and monitor operations across the Company.
This position will assist the EUS Manager in leading and providing hands-on services to perform these objectives.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Implements, administers and configures the MECM Enterprise and Intune environment.
* Implements, administers and configures the Microsoft Intune environment for PCs & mobile devices (IOS & Android).
Create software packages, task sequences, OSDs, and patch management for deployment through MECM & Intune, Performs desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting.

This position is responsible for setting up powder metal presses and troubleshooting on machines, tooling and processes in the department on the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm).

Work from instructions, prints and process specifications to:
