As an RN you are responsible for providing professional nursing care to person(s) receiving services in a supportive and therapeutic environment within the scope of their professional license.
Provide and coordinate care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs of person(s) receiving services, develop and implement nursing care plans, maintain medical records, and educate person(s) receiving services and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions.
What you will need:
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited school of Nursing.
Training:
• Licensed and registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state employed.
• CPR and CPI certificate within 30 days of hire.
