Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Sachbearbeiter:in für den Automotive-Bereich (m/w/d) in Spätschicht an unserer Niederlassung in Landsberg (bei Halle).
Welche Aufgaben Sie übernehmen
* Sie kennen das Geschäft! Sie sind mit Versand,-Import- und Eingangsabfertigung Zoll vertraut, übernehmen in der Spätschicht die Korrekturen und Freigaben der Kunden DFÜ und prüfen Abholdokumente.
Sie erstellen alle Versandunterlagen und wirken bei der Abfertigung von ausgehenden Sammelgut-Abfahrten mit.
* Sie informieren! Im Tagesverlauf instruieren Sie Fahrer und sorgen für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit, durch Bearbeitung von externen Anfragen.
* Sie sorgen für einen hohen Qualitätsstandard! Sie dokumentieren Vorgänge und sichern/archivieren Daten.
Sie überprüfen Abfahrten und Verladungen und stoßen den EDV-Tagesabschluss an.
* Sie schauen über den Tellerrand! Sie arbeiten eng mit den angrenzenden Abteilungen Ihrer Niederlassung zusammen und tauschen sich regelmäßig aus.
Womit Sie uns überzeugen
* Erfahrung: Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik und verfügen über relevante Berufserfahrung.
* Kenntnisse: Sie sind mit den MS Office Anwendungen vertraut und haben bereits mit ERP-Systemen gearbeitet.
Sie kennen sich mit Zollprozessen und Gefahrgütern aus.
* Persönlichkeit: Sie sind motiviert, verantwortungsbewusst, können sich sehr gut organisieren und besitzen ein gutes Koordinationsvermögen.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
* Übernahme der Aufgaben als bestellte Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
