In this position, the Project & Offer Quality Leader who is in charge of cooling offers, has the responsibility as followed :
Project Quality Management
ü Based on mission profile and offer requirement to establish the Project Quality Plan and Quality Target get its validation and lead its execution to ensure the Offer Quality Built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers.
ü Guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team and all customer requirements are well taken in account from Open to Closure of Project.
ü Guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Processes and the collaborative and function processes and make sure that Risk Identification, Assessment and Mitigation plan are managed and updated in the project.
ü Make the synthesis on Lessons Learned on cooling product development.
ü Responsible for the quality contract clause and push the final agreement signed by supplier.
Offer Quality Management
ü Build product line quality vision and strategy for the league and offers involved.
ü Actively participate in offer strategic discussions and provide quality inputs to offer roadmap planning.
ü Take overall responsibility of the leading offer End to End Quality Management, identifying and eliminating quality risks that can impact customer satisfaction and quality.

Lead any quality cases from filed and drive for 8D problem solving process.
ii.
Partner with League and Squad team to drive continues improvement based on data analysis and in charge of Engineering Change Process
iii.
Work with front Office/ marketing/ sales/product owner to support customer satisfaction.
iv.
Define and deploy the RMA/TEX process and monitor the implementation.
ü Support CS&Q Chapter for squad quality members capability activities.
ü In charge of Manufacture Quality Management by quality coaching / regular quality report review / onsite audit to ensure stability.
