Maximus is looking for a Remote Lead Analyst to support our Department of Education portfolio.
This individual will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, documenting and reporting data to support program activity and assist in management decision making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements, developing business processes, and providing production support to the operation.
- Lead and implement the design, analysis, interpretation and evaluation of a variety of reports, internal/external resource documents and surveys.
- Lead and own activities related to Business Requirement Documents process.
- Analyze existing systems, programs, policies, and organizational processes and recommend enhancements and improved solutions.

Maximus is looking for a Remote Lead Analyst to support our Department of Education portfolio.
This individual will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, documenting and reporting data to support program activity and assist in management decision making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements, developing business processes, and providing production support to the operation.
- Lead and implement the design, analysis, interpretation and evaluation of a variety of reports, internal/external resource documents and surveys.
- Lead and own activities related to Business Requirement Documents process.
- Analyze existing systems, programs, policies, and organizational processes and recommend enhancements and improved solutions.

- 15+ years of Student Loan history, specifically knowledge of back-office processing
- Knowledge/experience programming in UiPath or Visual Studio to assist developers in flowing / troubleshooting
- Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Visio
