Overview
Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards.
Coordinate with other departments (i.e.
Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier.
* Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer.

Position Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, a major North American manufacturer of essential cement, construction aggregate, and infrastructure materials.
We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support quality assurance operations at our Whitehall cement facility.
This role rotates on a week-by-week basis across three core functions: chemical laboratory testing, physical laboratory testing, and production shift control.
You will be responsible for reliable and accurate testing of plant raw materials, feed streams, and finished cement products to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Laboratory Testing & Analysis: Analyze material samples to determine chemical and physical properties using analytical laboratory instruments to ensure conformity to required standards.
* Data Management & Reporting: Accurately record, review, and report test results using internal databases, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry systems; experience with SAP is a plus.
