The primary job function of the Regional Care Coordinator is to manage the member’s experience, once trip intake is completed, through the completion of transportation.
The members that this role manages will be determined by corporate guidelines and regional leadership.
The Regional Care Coordinator will be responsible for trip monitoring, trip recovery, templating, problem solving, updating customer notes, outbound calls to members/providers/facilities to confirm/correct/verify trip information, member education, and ensuring successful trip outcomes.
This position is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site.

What You’ll Do:
* Act as liaison and partner with health plan clients, members, and internal/external partners to coordinate a superior experience for members identified needing extra care
* Provide member support based on a population identified by the client or internal stakeholder
* Provide Trip monitoring/confirmations, trip recovery, templating, problem solving, calls to members/facilities/providers to confirm/verify/correct transportation, ensure trips accuracy prior to facility holiday changes and emergency trip mitigation during disaster situations

Primary Responsibilities Planning: Work with the sales support manager to establish distribution, display, advertising, and sales goals with in assigned territories and for the CompanyWork with the Sales support Manager to establish monthly and quarterly incentives and ensure the incentives are attainable and beneficial to the CompanyMonitors sales activities based on planned promotions and market trendsWork with sales management in producing trimester order for point-of-sale, per AB/CBC ordering guidelinesAccurately submit for supplier co-op money in a timely manner Tracking & Measuring: Track and measure key market sales indicatorsProvide sales management with timely sales information, as neededUpdate and submit required brewery sales/distribution reports, per AB/CBC equity standards Knowledge: Maintain extensive product knowledge of all Bills Distributing products and package mix as well as all competitive products and package mix in the market.

Direct Sales Activity: Actively promotes all BDL brands per AB and CBC equity agreements and other brewery agreements and directs sales staff accordinglyPrepare and maintain accurate company price lists/deal sheetsDevelop and maintain a good rapport with all BDL retailersRun routes when emergency situations require short-term reliefResolve all customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Documentation/Reporting: Provide administrative personnel with current account information and delivery time constraintsCompile a monthly summary of all sales activity and review with the Owners Show comparison of actual to projected performanceMonitor all competitive activity and report findings to the Owners General: Professionally represent the Company at all times on the job and offPromote and maintain Company goodwill in all areas.
