Idéation et Développement d'Événements

+ Réaliser des recherches et participer à des sessions de brainstorming avec le responsable événementiel pour générer des idées d'événements engageants.
+ Collaborer avec les program managers pour appliquer nos recommandations événementielles.
Soutien aux Program Manager dans l'Organisation des Événements

+ Appliquer les lignes directrices et les meilleures pratiques lors de la préparation des événements avec les program managers.
+ Accompagner les program managers dans la planification et l'organisation de leurs événements (selon le niveau d'implication défini par le responsable événementiel), en termes de préparation logistique et administrative.

+ Assister le responsable événementiel dans le partage des lignes directrices et des recommandations aux program managers pour leurs campagnes par clientèle.
+ Participer activement à divers événements pour évaluer leur succès, identifier les axes d'amélioration et aider les program managers pendant l'événement.
Évaluation des Agences Externes / Prestataires

+ Évaluer leur adéquation en fonction de nos attentes et besoins, consolider nos prestataires événementiels afin de les proposer aux program managers en fonction des besoins.
Gestion des Outils d'Événements

+ Assurer que les outils utilisés pour les événements (calendrier, retour d'expérience, playbook, outil EMS) sont à jour et fonctionnels.
+ Mettre à jour et suivre les calendriers d'événements globaux et locaux en France pour garantir une visibilité claire et efficace sur le territoire.
Profil recherché :
Vous êtes :
* Etudiant en école de commerce, en master à minima (année de césure, stage de M1 ou PFE)
* Spécialité : communication/ évenementiel ou gestion de projet
Prérequis :
* Vous avez une excellente capacité d'organisation & de coordination pour assurer le suivi des différents sujets ;
* Vous possédez de bonnes capacités relationnelles et un sens pointu du travail en équipe ;
* Vous êtes polyvalent pour gérer en parallèle différentes missions ;
* Vous avez une appétence pour les sujets marketing, évènements, gestion de campagnes
